The finding of preliminary study will lit the light to design programs and activities.
Various programs and activities will be formulated and implemented encoding to the need.
The ground works for students of 6th, 7th, & 8th standards can be done from next academic year for their academic excellence.
Talented and gifted students to be spotted through psychometric tests and basic skill tests.
The identified students to be trained by qualified resource persons and give follow up programs till they reach their career orbit.
Special team need to be set up for this purpose. Complete plan for long term can be formulated within one year |
